Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended — we will always communicate any delays via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
United States We offer shipping across all 50 US states. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processes. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at blackridgegroupnc@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the price paid at checkout, and we are not able to predict or control these fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us and we will investigate the matter and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage in order to process a replacement or refund. We take product quality seriously and will do everything we can to make it right.
